3 Bedroom House in Langs Beach

This near new beach house has stunning ocean views from every room. It has a polished concrete floor in the living area with modern kitchen and large dining table seating up to 10 people. The Master bedroom has a modern ensuite plus a walk-in wardrobe and has sliding doors opening wide out on to the deck with sweeping ocean views. The second bedroom has a king bed with wardrobe and again, opens out on to the deck and looks out to gorgeous ocean views. The bunkroom has 2 sets of lovely wooden bunks, also opening on to the deck and enjoying ocean views. There is a second bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet next door. The laundry contains washing machine and clothes dryer. The large deck on the North side, boasts all day sun and wonderful teak outdoor sofas for lounging on plus a large concrete table for entertaining. There is a second outdoor area out the back with outdoor couches. The flat section allows easy access, plenty of parking and enough grass for a game of cricket or to kick a ball around. Its a 5 min walk to beautiful Langs beach with wonderful swimming and water acitivites, or beach side Pohutukawas to lie under in the shade.
